Gutter Helmet Team
I started out as an insurance adjustor, then became a general contractor specializing in insurance related damage. I noticed that many people with gutter protection products would cash out. But families with Gutter Helmet, their main concern was to make sure they were replaced. They loved their Gutter Helmet. That is why I became a customer over 28 years ago. I haven’t cleaned my gutters since. I am married to Jennifer and have 3 grown children and 2 grandchildren and counting. I have been teaching 5th grade Sunday school at Carmel United Methodist church for over 20 years. I enjoy playing racquetball several times a week.
SALES & MARKETING
First of all, thank you for visiting our site to learn about Gutter Helmet! I am extremely proud of our team and am excited to help our customers stay off the ladder in 2020.
My wife Whitney, daughter Ada (7), and son Everett (6), are proud residents of Westfield, IN. GO ROCKS! We are all very grateful to be a part of the Gutter Helmet family.
I’m a retired US army officer with 27 years of active duty. I’ve been married to my wife Karon for over 50 years. Karon and I have three grown children and 7 grandsons. I’ve been with Gutter Helmet for over 23 years. I do this because I love my Gutter Helmet customers, I love helping them get off the ladder, I love helping them never clean their gutters again and most importantly, I love helping them save money.
He is the newest to our sales team but with his building and construction back ground he has hit the ground running. Literally, in Tom’s spare time he likes to run, play racquetball, challenge his friends in his weekly bridge club and calls Bingo monthly. He and his wife have 2 grown daughters and 3 grandchildren, who are very much the sparkle in their eyes. If you don’t know Tom personally, there is only 7 degrees from knowing him, as he seems to know everyone.
Since spending 20 years in the construction and home décor sector, becoming involved with Gutter Helmet was a natural fit. These last 7 years has provided many opportunities to help homeowners understand the long-term benefits of Gutter Helmet and how it can provide peace of mind to the dreaded gutter cleaning chore. Laura enjoys spending time with her 3 children and their rescue dog Piper. Laura’s interests include studying the bible, scrapbooking / photography and documenting all the many hours of sports her children have played.
Our technicians are well trained with the most experience in the industry. A Certified technician is responsible for every installation. Extensive on the job training with a Certified Installer can take weeks or months, depending on the skills of the technician.
After classroom and job site training is completed, the installers take an online test. Upon passing the test, a Gutter Helmet Corporate Regional Manager conducts a job site audit. After fulfilling all necessary steps, a Certificate is issued.
Chris “Superman” Taylor
Chris is a Service Technician. He’s been in the construction industry for over 9 years. He enjoys having a new challenge on each call, whether it be diagnosing a problem, doing a repair, completing an annual maintenance service on the Gutter Helmet system. Chris is definitely a “people-person” he enjoys the time with homeowners! Chris and his wife, Elizabeth, have two children. Chris spends much of his time with his family. However, he still enjoys the occasional day of working on cars and small engines.
